You have this backwards!!! 1. drink 2 liters of apple juice during the day. Eat nothing! 2. at 6pm drink 2 tbs of epsom salts mixed with apple juice. 3. At 8pm drink 2 tbs of epsom salt mixed with apple juice. 4. At 10pm drink 1 cup of olive oil (you can chase it down with apple juice). Immedietly lay down flat on your back with arms at side. Try not to move for 20min. After that just go to sleep try to stay on your back. You will pass many stones in the morning. This really works!!!

Cant this be proved by ultrasound first then a subsequent ultrasound afterwards…?? I believe jaihanuman2 is probably correct – i am approaching this by improving my diet to prevent further attacks – having spent several months in hospital before – near miss with death on motorcycle – would not like to attempt and cause further damage to my already broken body.

I don’t want to be hating, but as a MEDICAL professional, the evidence on this cleanse concludes that it is dangerous: can induce hyperplastic cholecystosis, laceration from cholelithiasis movement, diarrhea, etc. furthermore, the “green stones” people see excreted are in fact oxydized lipid globules. Trying to excrete confirmed stones can cause SERIOUS damage. I am afraid to say that this is a TRULY sketchy practice.

Hi. I have just completed the liver/gallbladder flush. I passed closed to nothing, maybe 6 tiny soft dark green pea like things, nothing compared to the stones you’re suppose to pass. I really want to try this again. would it be safe to try it 4 days later? Almost straight away? I cant understand why I didnt pass anything. I didnt drink much of the epson salts, could this be a possible reason? Does anyone know if doing this flush can help get rid of eye circles and increase metabolism?
