last night i drank some malt vinegar neat to try and help my throat but today i noticed my cough was considerably better……if that was just from the little bit of vinegar i drank i hail this stuff as a MAGIC medicine!!

I’m not a doctor but let me tell everyone how to cure a cold and prevent yourself from getting sick.
No matter if you are sick or not. Take plenty of vitamins. Go to your local vitamins store and get plenty of vitamin C and some one-a-day complete multi vitamin. (Equate, centrum, A – Z, what ever.
Now:
1=not sick:
Take 1-2 one-a-day multi vitamin + 2000mg 4000mg of vitamin C. this will help you from getting sick

2=you are sick:

Take 3-4 one-a-day multi vitamins and try to OD on the vitamin C. take 7000mg to 10,000mg of it. All these vitamins will flush your system out and make you crap out. Dont forget plenty of water, better yet juice.
You should feel better the very next day. If not you will feel better the second day.
I dont need to tell you what vitamins do for your system. All I will tell you is that it is good for you.
