Hi everybody ! I use to have psoriasis, asthma, allergic rhinitis and constipation. By doing yoga from last 8 months (Kapalbhati & Anulom Vilom 30mins,morning and evening) I am free from Ashtama and allergic rhinitis. My psoriasis has been cured 95% psoriasis. My diagestive system is much better now. I am 200% sure anybody who do yoga will certainly benefitted. Thanks Baba Ramdev ji.

@shahrukhkhan1983. Do you expect swami ji to answer your questions through this video? Or rather, do you expect shah rukh khan to answer in any of the videos of shah rukh khan that you’ve commented here? No actor or babaji will answer your questions, he/she doesn’t time to answer question for 100 million or more people asking all these silly questions. Just watch the video, and listen what he has to say and follow accordingly. Don’t expect magic to happen overnight. Keep working on it 4 month.
