Volunteering my Body Parts! :-p
I haven’t the time to Volunteer at a set location due to my job so I help people in the community where I can, especially the weight loss community. Recently, I have been volunteering my body confidence, acceptance and experiences on youtube by discussing and debating issues and vlogging naked! I know this isn’t for everybody but if I can do it (with 70 pounds to lose), so can you! I also help people as much as possible, listen to friends problems and try to be a good person. I think when we put out the best of ourselves, the repercussions of this within our lives and surrounding community is great.

This is so true. Volunteering, doing good, it’s about contributing to your community and as long as you’re aware of the people around you and help out when needed – you’re doing an amazing job
